Terms & Conditions

Effective September 13, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Globovest LLC, Colorado, United States. By purchasing any of the products below you accept them.

These terms cover three products: the Payment Access Roadmap ($27), Done-With-You Payment Access ($590), and Business Copilot ($197 first year, $97 per year after). Each has its own refund rule, set out below.

Payment Access Roadmap · $27

The Roadmap is a digital product built from your assessment answers and delivered to your email. Because it is delivered digitally and in full, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once it has been sent to you.

If something is not clear, you have 14 days

Email us within 14 days of delivery and we will explain your result and your next steps until you understand them. This is a clarification window, not a refund window.

Done-With-You Payment Access · $590

This service is delivered on a live call with our team. You book your call time immediately after purchase.

Before your call is booked

Refundable in full, provided you request it within 14 days of purchase and no call has been booked.

After your call is booked

Non-refundable. Your time is held against a limited weekly capacity and preparation begins once it is reserved.

Please book your call within 30 days of purchase. If you have not booked within 14 days of purchase, the refund window has closed and the purchase is non-refundable whether or not a call has taken place. You may reschedule a booked call using the link in your confirmation email.

Business Copilot · $197 first year, then $97 per year

Business Copilot is a yearly membership that renews automatically until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time, from your account or by emailing us.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current membership year. You keep access until then.
Your first payment is refundable in full within 14 days. After 14 days, and on all renewals, payments are not refunded or prorated.
We email you before every renewal charge.
Your renewal rate is locked at the price you joined at, even when the membership price rises for new members.

Registration and third-party fees

Our prices cover our work only. Government and third-party costs are paid by you, directly to the provider, and are not included in any purchase from us. These include state registration and filing fees, registered agent services, business address and mail services, and any platform or vendor charges.

As a guide, plan for roughly $400 to $500 to complete your setup depending on your state, and around $150 per year onward to keep it active. These amounts are estimates, vary by state and structure, and are set by the providers rather than by us. We tell you what each fee is before it is due.

No guarantee of approval

Stripe, banks, payment processors and marketplaces make their own approval decisions under their own criteria, and those criteria change. We do not control, influence or represent any of them, and no purchase from us is a guarantee that you will be approved, that an account will remain open, or that funds will be released. What we do is help you identify and remove the issues that commonly cause rejection, so that you apply with the strongest position available to you.

Not legal, tax or financial advice

Globovest is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser or financial institution, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Our guidance is based on experience with payment platform and banking requirements. For advice specific to your legal or tax position, consult a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information. Our guidance is only as good as what you tell us, and a result based on inaccurate answers is not grounds for a refund.

You remain the owner, applicant and signer on everything relating to your business. You submit your own filings and applications, and you are responsible for what you submit and for keeping your registrations current.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country and of any jurisdiction you register in, and with the terms of service of every platform you apply to.

Intellectual property

Your roadmap, along with all trainings, templates, recordings and materials we provide, is licensed to you for your own business use only. You may not share, resell, republish or distribute it, or use it to deliver a similar service to others. Membership and community access is for one person and may not be shared. We may end access, without refund, where material is shared or resold.

Email [email protected]. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. Questions received at a weekend are answered on the next business day.

Please talk to us before filing a chargeback

If something is not what you expected, email us first. We are genuinely happy to clarify your setup, explain your result, or work through the problem with you, and most issues are resolved in a single reply.

A chargeback filed on a service already delivered ends the engagement. Support and access are withdrawn and no further work is carried out.

We may update these terms as our products change. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on this page at the time you bought.
