Privacy Policy
Effective September 17, 2026. This policy explains what Globovest LLC collects from you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Globovest LLC, 1500 N Grant Street STE R, Denver, Colorado 80203, United States.
We collect the information we need to deliver what you bought and to stay in touch about it. We do not sell your information. We do use advertising and analytics tools that set cookies on our pages, and how to opt out of those is explained below.
What we collect
You give us directly
Your name, email address, country, and the answers you enter in the payment access assessment. On a call, whatever you tell us or show us about your business.
Collected automatically
Basic technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and whether our emails were opened or clicked.
Payment details
Handled by our payment processor. We see the billing name, email, amount and the last four digits of your card. We never receive or store your full card number.
Identity documents
On a Done-With-You call you may show us a passport or ID to complete your own applications. We do not ask you to send it to us and we do not keep a copy.
Why we use it
- To build and deliver your roadmap, run your call, and give you access to what you bought.
- To take payment, issue receipts, handle refunds and keep the records we are required to keep.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To email you about your purchase, your renewal, and related offers you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To improve our pages and materials, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose. They include our payment processor, our customer relationship and email platform, our scheduling tool, our website host, and our video conferencing provider. Each processes your information under its own privacy terms.
We also advertise on Meta, which owns Facebook and Instagram. Meta's tools on our pages record that a visit, purchase or sign-up happened so we can measure our advertising and show our ads to people with similar interests. Some privacy laws, including California's, treat this as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, so we disclose it plainly here. You can turn it off in your browser settings, in your Meta ad preferences, or by emailing us.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not rent or trade our email list.
Cookies
We use two kinds. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your progress through checkout; they cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies, including Meta's, tell us which pages people find useful and let us measure and target our ads. You can block or delete any of these in your browser settings at any time, and most browsers let you refuse third-party cookies without affecting the rest of the site. Blocking essential cookies may stop checkout from working correctly.
Where your information is held
We are based in the United States and our providers store information on servers in the United States and elsewhere. If you are outside the United States, buying from us means your information is transferred to and processed there, under United States law.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and purchase records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Assessment answers and call notes are kept while they are useful to your support and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of the transaction.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently or withhold anything you have paid for because you exercised a right.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to object to processing, to ask us to restrict it, to receive your information in a portable format, and to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your information for money. To opt out of the advertising sharing described above, block advertising cookies in your browser or email us and we will exclude you.
Security
We use reputable providers, keep access limited to those who need it, and take reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it, and we ask that you never send us identity documents, card numbers or passwords by email.
Children
Our products are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
